Author instructions:

The papers for publication shall be written in English.

-Microsoft WORD.6 or later version;

-Page set-up: Paper size A4,  margins: top 4.9 cm, bottom  4.9 cm, left 4 cm, right 4 cm;

-Font Times New Roman, font 10 Normal;

-Use single spaces and justified alignment;

-Use hanging indent: 1.27 cm;

-Before the paper title will be allowed a free space for the head piece equivalent with five Enter Times New Roman, font 10 Bold;

-Title: center, upper-case letters, 10 Bold;

-Authors: Normal letters, 10, right alignment, affiliated institution footnote, 8 Normal;

-Key words: english, 5 words, 9 Italic;

-Abstract: maximum 10 rows, TNR, font 9 Italic;

-Subtitles: upper-case letters, 10 Bold (paper will be structurated as follows: head piece, title, key words, abstract, introduction, materials and methods, results and discutions, conclusions, references);

-Tables grid 1 font TNR font 10 (or 9) Normal, single space, the number of the table right alignment, the table title center. The tables which exceed the page margins will be passed on landscape page in a different file.

-The figure or graph title will be passed under the respective figure or graph with Times New Roman font 10 Normal, center.

-References: 10 Times New Roman Normal, in the following order: authors, paper title, publication, publishing house, year.

Description of review process:

Proposals of articles in electronic format shall be sent to the Secretary of Editing Committee to the address: sinacosmulescu@hotmail.com.

The Articles that are received by reviewers shall be evaluated by following criteria:

               1. Concise and informative characteristics of title;

               2. Relevance of information;

               3. Structure of article (abstract, key words, introduction, results and discussions, conclusions);

               4. Style of speech, spelling and punctuation;

               5. Relevance and usefulness of research;

               6. The way bibliography is used;

               7. The emphasis laid on results, interpretations and conclusions (level of creativity).

 Based upon this evaluation, scientific reviewers shall fill up a standard report whereby they are concisely mentioning and reasoning on the extent of how each criterion is fulfilled. The article shall be returned to the author together with reviewers’ suggestions, and they also allowing him time for reconsidering and improving the paper.
